World Architecture Festival 2011
From 2nd - 4th November 2011, the world's leading event for architects: the World Architecture Festival (WAF), took place in Barcelona, Spain.
GROHE was the headline sponsor of the three-day event, which saw over 1500 visitors from all corners of the globe participate in this important celebration of architectural innovation.
Two Inspiring New Collections
For every building type, design style and budget, GROHE has the solution. The GROHE stand gave architects and designers the opportunity to interact with two NEW GROHE Collections: Allure Brilliant and the GROHE Digital Collection.

Two Inspiring New Collections
For every building type, design style and budget, GROHE has the solution. The GROHE stand gave architects and designers the opportunity to interact with two NEW GROHE Collections: Allure Brilliant and the GROHE Digital Collection.
GROHE Allure Brilliant unites intriguing design, top-level craftsmanship and the latest technologies. The design also introduces two advanced safety features, which are particularly beneficial for projects. Basin mixers in the collection feature a 28mm cartridge with integrated temperature limiter, while thermostatic shower mixers feature SafeStop Plus, an optional maximum temperature limiter set at 43° Celsius, which supplements the standard SafeStop button.
The GROHE Digital Collection brings the latest wireless digital technology to the bathroom environment. Based on a modular concept, the Digital Controller and Diverter can be paired with a number of GROHE faucet and shower ranges, bringing a new level of creative freedom to bathroom design and planning.

World Building of the Year Award 2011
As in previous years, GROHE sponsored the sought-after World Building of the Year Award. This year the award went to local practice Cloud 9, for its Media-ICT office building located in Barcelona's experimental 22@ district. We would like to congratulate all competition entrants and winners.
