The streamlined, crystalline 80 metre tall building is situated right next to the River Iset and provides a unique panoramic view of the surrounding area. The architecture imparts an impression of simple elegance and astonishing lightness with its enveloping, protective and streamlined form. The interior design concept aims to incorporate symbolic themes from regional and Russian culture in a contemporary manner, right down to the smallest detail.

The baths and showers are fitted with easyto-use GROHE Essence faucets and GROHE Rainshower® Cosmopolitan shower heads, true to the original style. Advanced water-saving technology and an attractive design guarantee a particularly sensual water experience.
